Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made through AuthenTic Lebanon. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders & availability
Products and sizes are subject to availability. We may cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or misuse.

Prices & payment
Prices include delivery within Lebanon. Cash on Delivery is currently the available payment method. Your first eligible order may receive an automatic 10% discount, subject to the conditions shown at checkout.

Delivery
Orders are delivered through Wakilni, normally within 2–4 business days. You may inspect and try your order at delivery.

Returns
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and fees. A complete return for preference or fit carries a $5 return-delivery fee. No return-delivery fee applies where an item is incorrect or defective.
