This online store is operated by EvLi International S.A.R.L. – SP, Lebanese Commercial Registration No. 4044603, under the retail brand AuthenTic Lebanon. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you browse authentic-lb.com, place an order or contact us.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and delivery instructions. We keep order details, including the products and sizes ordered, amounts, order status and related customer-service correspondence.

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your contact details and message, together with any order information or photos you choose to send. If you subscribe to store updates, we receive your email address and subscription preferences.

Shopify also collects information about visits and shopping activity, such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, searches and cart activity.

How we use information

We use information to operate the store, process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, communicate about your order, answer questions and handle requests under our published policies. We also use order records for accounting, stock management, security, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations.

We use subscription information to send store updates when you have chosen to receive them. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact us. Order and service messages are separate from marketing preferences.

The store currently uses cash on delivery. We do not ask you to provide payment-card details for a cash-on-delivery order.

Shopify and store operation

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information to provide the website, checkout, order processing, security, analytics and related services.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. This allows Shopify to use customer information from our store together with information from other Shopify merchants to provide Enhanced Services, including improving services, personalization and advertising-related features. Delivery and order handling

We share the information needed to deliver and handle your order with Wakilni, including your name, phone number, delivery address, delivery instructions and relevant order or cash-on-delivery details.

Order and operational records may also be processed through BoxHero and Make.com, our inventory, order-management and automation tools, when used to handle your order.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to address fraud, security issues or legal claims.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies to support functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security and preferences, and to understand how the store is used. Shopify's enabled services may also use information for personalization and advertising as described above.

Shopify and other service providers may process information outside Lebanon. The store's Shopify data hosting location is currently the United States. Information may be subject to the laws of the countries where it is processed.

No single retention period applies to every record. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, order records or disputes.
